Job Description:

A qualified company secretary with 2 years work experience is required to fill a vacancy in our firm in India. We require the candidate to be proficient in day to day company secretarial work, submission and filing of corporate compliances, submission of returns, governance and sound knowledge of regulatory requirements. Experience in research and preparing reports is required along with good computer skills. The candidate must be open to flexible working hours.
